Hazel and Lorraine took over at Petanna Pet Supplies in 2015. With a long-standing background in the pet care industry, Hazel had the knowledge, expertise and passion to take on the challenge. Together they had a vision and focus on improving and supporting natural and healthy food options and high-quality accessories for all our well-loved pets. The result is what you experience today.
We don’t do this alone of course and Petanna Pet Supplies have a professional, knowledgeable and caring team who are genuinely passionate about animals.
We understand that every pet is different, with their own individual needs, preferences and requirements. Our team takes the time to listen to customers, understand their pet’s requirements and offer helpful, informed advice.
Our staff have a good knowledge of the products we stock, are accredited BARF (RAW) advisors and happy to discuss raw feeding and answer questions about your pet’s requirements.
We believe that good customer service is about more than simply selling products. It’s about building relationships with our customers, getting to know their pets and helping them make choices that are right for their individual needs.
Most importantly, we genuinely care about the animals we serve. Your pet’s happiness, health and welfare are at the heart of what we do. We are always happy to help and will do our best to find the products you and your pets need.
Easy & Convenient
Our pet-friendly store has free parking, making it convenient to pop in and have a browse.
If you're unable to visit us in person, we also offer home delivery on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's for a small cost.

Alternatively, all our own brand food and our natural treats are available to purchase online.
